Water well for all subdivision:
- 20 liters/second. 10 liters will be used by SIMAPA Ajijic and 10 liters. for Riviera Alta. When all the development is occupied, 7.5 liters per second will be enough.
- Water will be paid directly to SIMAPA in Ajijic yearly.
- There’s a 50,000 liters. Aljibe (water cistern) per “Coto”.
Sewer:
- There’s an ecological treatment plant and future plans are that will be hooked up to the Ajijic sewer system
Garbage collection:
- There’s a garbage storage shed outside the development, the municipality picks up twice a week
Interphone:
- Will be connected in each house to gate house
Security:
- Presently there are three watchmen. Each homeowner has one remote control for the outside iron gate. Extras at buyers expense.
